UCI VS U of Toronto Computer science

I am an international student and just want to know which university would provide better education in computer science . Weather and tuition issues can be ignored.

Overall, U of T is a better university than UCI. Their computer science department is larger and higher level. There will be a larger range of upper level computer science courses from which to choose.

I think Toronto is better.
