UCI vs UCSB (help me PLEASE)!

<p>This decision has been the hardest decision I have ever been faced with
in my whole life. It's hard because at UCI, I received the regent scholarship
(fully paid everything)
but at the same time I wonder if I would be as happy at UCI compared to UCSB</p>
