<p>no, you don't really need to go to those workshops unless you want to start research like.. .now... but i would not recommend it.</p>
<p>What do you recommend we do during welcome week then? The Foam Party is probably the late night event at the ARC. Anything else to check out? Parties maybe.</p>
<p>The late night event at the ARC is something entirely different, where they showcase some of the things that you could do at the ARC (like some of the classes they offer). Last year the foam party was behind Phoenix Grill, but I think that it got canceled this year.</p>
<p>Ooh the Saosin concert definitely sound amazing.</p>
