<p>Obviously it plays some role, but on what basis do you say the biggest role?</p>

<p>Actually when you look at the stats their is a lower admit rate for instate students then out of state students. I suppose that has to do with the fact that less oos students apply and the ones who do are qualified compared to instate.</p>
