Anybody else extremely anxious for the next couple days/weeks?

Definitely. These past few months have been the longest months of my life, haha. I can’t believe it’s down to only days.

I just tried to check early and made a URSA account haha. When I clicked the check enrollment link, I didn’t have access. Sad :(

[Admission Decisions - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/Applicant/Decision/default.htm)

I thought this link is supposed to change …

yeah, that’s the official one. but, in years past, there’s been rumors and stories of people’s URSA accounts changing before the official decisions were released

what is a URSA account ???

^ Hey, here’s the link https://auth.ucla.edu/index.php (hope it works). You can click get a log on ID and use your uc id b/c we don’t have the admissions id (yet
and this way you can click the first choice, which technically is for admitted students, but otherwise, it doesn’t exactly let you click on “check admissions status” b/c it doesn’t exist under the bottom choice account. Not that it worked for me either.

Best of luck.

Oh, to answer the question, I think it is what ucla students use to check fin aid, register for classes, etc. but don’t quote me on that.

Dearie me.

I’ve been going crazy, checking every single day. Of course, no luck.
:(

djod, there are a lot of students having nervous breakdown at this time of year …

You gotta love the camaraderie, then!
:D

Well, mine says as follow after login to URSA account. Does that mean I am rejected?

Are you a new UCLA Student, a former UCLA Student, a UCLA Alumnus

You must have your 9-digit UCLA Identification Number associated with your UCLA Logon ID to access URSA. You can find this number:

On your online or paper letter of admission (new students)

On your BruinCard (current students, former students, alumni)

On your UCLA transcript (current students, former students, alumni)

Create your UCLA Logon ID with your 9-digit UCLA Identification Number.

nervous but excited! wish you all good luck.

I heard that their goal is to get decisions out by the end of this coming week. So I probably wouldn’t expect anything until late Friday at the earliest, but more likely next week.

^Where’d you hear that from? I certainly hope so. :

So I made my ursa account… and i was able to get into the main menu… it has 3 sections, academic financial and personal.
Is this what everyone elses looks like?

I clicked on the view enrollment section but it doesnt say anything about acceptance/rejection

Yes that is what everybody’s URSA account looks like. You don’t get your decision through your URSA account though.

I’m copying this from another thread I posted to. I hope this helps.

My D got in last year and they sent out the admission decision emails at 5:00 pm PST on Friday March 12th. This year my D spoke to a professor who takes emails from prospective students and said he was turning off his email this Friday March 11 as he will not take any more prospective student emails when the decision site goes live.

So I would venture to say this Friday, March 11th at 5:00 pm PST check your email! If you are admitted you will receive the large envelope the following week.

FYI - all decisions were made by Jan/Feb. The School of Theatre, Film and Television has interviews and auditions through Feb. and at the info sessions they gave they stated that they are the last school to decide because of auditions/interview but that all other admission decisons for all other schools had been made.

Hijack of thread I started:
So I just went with my stupidity and tried to apply to housing with URSA (just to see what would happen). Yikes. A pop up appeared that said something alone the lines of “Could not determine enrollment at this time. The housing office (I think that’s the office it said) has been notified and will look into it (or maybe it said fix it) by next business day”. How large of a hole did I just dig myself into? Will they look at it as “Oh look. Another senior messing around” and just leave it, or could they possibly go so far as to revoking my admission (of course if I was previously accepted). I know the latter is extreme, but I’m freaking the eff out here. I should have listened to my mom. “Turn of your computer. You’ll be fine. Relax. Go read or something.” Guess I didn’t listen and now I’m freaking out. Help?

I wouldn’t worry about it. You’re just a curious student poking around for clues as to your status. Innocent exploration. :)
