ACCEPTED!!! I’m soooooo surprised and shocked that I can barely describe it! lol I was totally expecting rejection because of my 1590 SAT and 24 ACT. This shows that it’s really not about test scores or numbers, it’s about vewing the applicants as a whole. My mini philosophy lesson probably doesn’t make sense because I’m still trying to mentally digest everything! :p

[/ul]Reflection[ul]
[] Strengths: Essay, probably, because even though I wrote about generic topics my SAT scores/GPA and course workload was average and even light compared to other people at my school. I know people much smarter than me who got rejected and I’m guessing my essays helped me a lot. Make them really personal!
[] Weaknesses: Workload sub par for my insanely competitive school
[] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: NOO idea, I was all prepared to be rejected or waitlisted at the best, but I somehow made it in!
[/ul]General Comments: Congrats to everyone who got in, and to all who didn’t, there is definitely a college out there for you. Don’t let rejections define you, remember, the colleges rejected your APPLICATION, not you as a person. Anyway, this gives me so much more hope for Cal (my dream school), but if I don’t get in I would be proud to be a Bruin! :)
