UCLA 3 of 5 pre-reqs ok for non-impacted?

Do you think finishing 3 out of 5 pre-reqs for a non-impacted major at UCLA is good enough? My GPA is equal to the average GPA for last years admits.

Probably, at least based on comments from my CCC’s counselor, but you wouldn’t be safe, you’d just have a good chance.

Do you have TAP? With it, I think you’ll be safe.

No because it will only get more competitive this year.

Does that mean you have 0 pre-reqs done so far? If so that is pretty bad…

If you are going to cheap on the pre-reqs, it is better have an above average GPA than an average GPA.

Why not just finish all of them? It gets more and more competitive each year, and to almost assure an acceptance, you need them all done. If your cc doesn’t offer 1 or 2 of the prereqs, try taking them at a different cc, even online, it will be worth it in the end.

yeah seriously itd be terrible not to finish all of them! i heard that if you dont have all of your pre-reqs done (for ucla atleast) then you might as well kiss any good chance at acceptance gbye! whats your major?

Really? Wow… I thought Id be fine with missing one or two. I mean it’s not like I’m applying as an Econ or Psych major

What’s your major? It is not the case that you can kiss your acceptance goodbye without all prereqs completed, but it helps immensely if you complete that all. It can only help, not hurt. Not completing 1 or 2 of them though, can only hurt you.
