UCLA Admission Decisions THIS FRIDAY!!

lol … hilarious

Ah hell. I kinda wish they’d surprise us by releasing the decisions today :/

if nobody sees 2 columns then no decisions will not be out today

i dont get this 2 columns thing… care to explain?

when oy are accepted, URSA will show only 2 columns. The left column will be for SIR (Statement of Intent to Register) and for you to accept/decline your offer of admission and the right collumn will be profile information.

vyruz reaper nobody can see it still. usually the 2 columns will mean that you are admitted because it will ask you to submit your SIR. if you still see 3 columns then you have to hope your not in the first batch of admits because it could mean your rejected. for instance, if decisions come out today then ursa will upload for many of us in a few hours although myucla should be up but isnt. If decisions are out tomorrow, then ursa can be updated either tonight or tomorrow morning for sure. I really hope we can find out something today either myucla or ursa.

Someone who cannot see their FA info should call FA office and ask them why they cant see the FA info on URSA.

farbod good morning, do you still predict we can be able to see myucla by the end of today? if ursa is not uploaded to 2 columns by let’s say 1, we wont be getting any decisions today. tomorrow will be the day.

yeah it’s troubling that myucla is still not available. it seems to indicate that decisions will not be released tomorrow. let’s hope myucla is available to some (me included) by the end of the day.

I didn’t apply for financial aid, so obviously I won’t be seeing anything. But I still don’t completely believe all these FA speculations. Yes, there are some confirmations from UCLA themselves (Although I’m kinda thinking that they only answered just to satisfy the students who are calling and their answers might be actually misleading or maybe they misunderstood the question), but I still won’t completely believe until decisions are released. So far, they don’t follow the patterns from last year or two years ago. Hence, things might change this year.

anyways… best of look to you cr_book I hope we can see myucla by the end of today and have the 2 columns today or tomorrow morning. I am sure we’ll get in since we see the finaid and the theory in no way is going to fail. right now its just a matter of wating and feeling proud of our accomplishments.

yeah chesser you are lucky. i didn’t apply for financial aid so i have no clue. and my gpa is kind of low. but i applied for a major with 70% acceptance rate so there’s still some hope.

oh I thought you could see finaid cr_book, whats your major?

cr_book, are you anthro?

more anthro people? how interesting. 70% of us should get in.

good luck to you too cr-brook… i noticed you are in the bay, are you transferring from DVC? btw my GPA is kinda low too @ a 3.52 for biz econ, probably the hardest major to get into :(

math/econ
i’m applying from ucsd with a 3.43 and all prereqs done.
i knew i wouldn’t qualify so i didn’t apply for fafsa

haha, i guess anthro people are lucky too. (high acceptance rate)

The CR, can how difficult is to add another major ?

once transferring? i don’t think it’s that difficult at all (unless it’s an impacted major, of course). this is, assuming you have taken most/all of the prereqs for the major you would like to add.
