Did you guys receive any email from UCLA about an online account? If not, how are you supposed to check your admission status on Friday? I did not hear anything from UCLA so far, except one saying that they have received my application in early December. So will they send admission decisions thru email or is there something wrong with my application process? I AM SO WORRIED RIGHT NOW. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN!!!! you have to wait until early friday when the website opens and you willl be allowed to create a ucla account, then in the evening, they will release the status of your application
GOOD LUCK!!

Last year the only UCLA emails were the one confirming their receipt of my app and the one when decisions were released titled “Decisions now available online” that directed you to check the decision website.

Thank you so much! it makes me feel much better!

Thank you =)

It says on their website that UCLA decisions will be released on Friday, March 23rd.

Term Level Notification Date
Fall 2012 freshman Freshman decisions will be available late in the evening on March 23rd.
Fall 2012 transfer Transfer decisions will be available in mid-to-late April, 2012.

I got an email from UCLA about 10 days ago inviting me to come to the Engineering Open House. Did anyone else get this? It also said “you application is considered to be highly competitive”. Unfortunately, I can’t go to that. It also said that decisions will be available mid to late March.

I didn’t get an email regarding my account of when exactly to check though… And it’s supposed to come out tomorrow!!!

^Yes, many engineering applicants on here got it. (See the thread “Engineering likely letter”.) It basically means you’re in, so don’t worry about getting in.
