UCLA admission

I had kinda bad grades sophomore year. But im going to make a lot of improvement, as shown below. I’m still in my junior year right now, but my first quarter report card is pretty accurate to these projections. I want to know how much improvement is needed to get into UCLA. How much will my AP classes help me to get into UCLA. I heard that cornell university likes to see lots of AP’s. Also can anyone suggest any colleges. I like sciences and most likely will do something in bio or chem, likely medicine. I also live close to College Park, which is a pretty good college. I haven’t taken the SAT, but I’m aiming for above 2000.

Thanks
