<p>Will acceptance and rejection letter for UCLA be mailed the same day?</p>

<p>not if you are a transfer. For transfers they barely give you enough time to let other schools know-yikes!</p>

<p>is “CAL” another name for Berkeley? Does UCLA decisions really come out on the 18th?</p>

<p>I also heard the UCLA’s comes about a week before Berkeley’s decisions, but then I’ve heard they come out on the 25th as well. I don’t know unfortunately. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did show up a week before Berkeley’s though.</p>

<p>So the 18th sounds possible…</p>

<p>UCLA doesn’t mail rejection letters, and acceptance letters go out well after decisions are posted online.</p>

<p>Cal was on the 26th last year; UCLA was on the 18th. Cal is on the 25th this year… hmm</p>

<p>It was on a Thursday last year. I remember because I had to turn in an essay on Friday. </p>

<p>I did not finish that essay for obvious reasons.</p>

<p>The online decision site will re-open when Fall Quarter 2010 decisions are released (see below). Applicants to other terms will be notified by regular mail.
Term Level Notification Date
Fall 2010 freshman Decisions will be available beginning in mid-to-late March 2010.
Fall 2010 transfer Decisions will be available beginning in late April 2010.

<p>I was told today by a faculty member at UCLA that decisions were coming out Friday March 12th and Monday March 15…take it for what its worth</p>
