rejected, my hands are really cold

hellohelloduh do you live in hedrick?

Accepted. Woot!

nope nope, lived in dykstra last year and sproul this year. got bottom bunk both years. having the top bunk just seems like too much of a nuisance…

rejected but its okay because its budget cuts and craziness out there anyways

@HISbeloved: I’m hoping I get into UCSD now, berkeley’s the farthest thing from my mind at this point. But I still haven’t gotten a call. This weekend can turn out to be the best or the worst of my life. I know it sounds like i’m being all dramatic about it but i’m not crying or anything. i’m just unbelievably disappointed and nearly bitter as much as I hate to say it. but whatever

I got rejected out of state from NY =(

spacedog: I know a bunch of kids from my year who got rejected from UCLA but got into berkeley for spring semester, including my ex-bf who is in HAAS now. don’t give up hope!

Accepted! Awesome.

i appreciate the consolation you all are offering to us rejected kids. hellohelloduh did they get rejected from the fall term for UCLA but accepted for the spring of Berkeley

ACCEPTED! thanks college confidential for all your help through this long process =)

Spacedog im in the same boat as you!

hello hello: i got a double in hedrick as a freshman, can you believe that luck? they they had me listed as male and gave me two male roomies, thus, i lucked out and landed a double. woot. woot.

hello-wait…had they applied for the spring term at berkeley or were they just…put there? -_-

Yesss! Accepted oos!!!

I’m out of state and didn’t get in, Can i appeal? What are the steps?

In. And I’m in state.

I just did some math.
my letter said there were 4690 spots for more than 57,000 applicants
thats 8.2%
i don’t feel so bad that I didn’t get in. Props to those who did!

My son was accepted and got the Regents! Too bad it wasn’t for very much $.

they were just put in spring semester. same thing happened for me too, except I got into UCLA and just Berkeley spring. you can take a fall program at Berkeley if you sign up fast enough or just do the community college thing and then go to Berkeley in the spring.

and surfgirl: wow, you ARE lucky! I’m a second year and still living in a triple, that’s what I get for picking sproul though I guess. although almost all of the freshmen on my floor (there are only like 9) got put into doubles. so not fair. :P
