I have an interview tomorrow and from what I've heard the process has changed a little from before. I heard there was an essay contest first and then interviews. I haven't done a contest yet and I got a call for an interview. </p>
<p>I was just wondering what the interview is like. How many people? What kinds of questions? How to dress? I looked at some other peoples old posts on it and they all said that they got really random questions. I just want to know what I should prepare myself for.</p>
