I’m planning on submitting an appeal. Although I know the chances are super low, but does anyone happen to have stats on how many people appeal last year and how many got accepted?
Does UCLA also read every appeal?
And I know the application for appeal isn’t out yet but I want to start early since I suck at writing so I want to give more time to make my appeal the best. So that being sad, is there a specific prompt/guideline or word limit to writing it?
No stats for 2016.
Here are the stats for 2015 and 2014.
2015:
1,000+ appeals
34 admits
2014:
1,200 appeals
61 admits
Do you have a compelling reason for the appeal?

@Gumbymom Hi, I am planning on appealing as well. Could I pm you for advice on writing it, if you don’t mind?
@SillyJillie423: Yes you can PM me
Are you kidding me? Why would they even consider any rejects when they do not have enough seats to give to the 4.5 and preferred students? Fooled again
@fooled
jokes on you, i just got in today LMAOOO AYEEEE!!!
@giriboy I have been rejected from UCLA this year and I am planning to appeal as well. Did you really get in or u were kidding? And if you did, could you please share what u wrote in your appeal? UCLA has been my dream school and I have been doing everything to get into there. If u don’t mind, share any information about the appeal and appeal process. Thank u!!
