What are my chances

You will need to figure out your UC-weighted GPA for anyone to give you a rough assessment for Berkeley/UCLA/UCSD. Your score is a little low, especially if you hope to apply for a competitive major like Engineering or Computer Science. Your UC-weighted GPA should be over 4.0 to have any chance whatsoever at the top UCs. Michigan also places a huge emphasis on GPA, so nobody can “chance” you without one. If you want to study in the US you should plan to apply to more colleges than just the ones that are prestigious overseas. Admissions are competitive, and especially so for international Asian applicants. If you have some “safe” colleges at home, then you can apply to elite schools here. If not, and you can afford to pay full tuition, you need to look beyond the “name brands.” Please do not ask more people to assess your chances without the necessary information.
