Ucla: Best dorms for freshman??

<p>I'm going to dorm at UCLA next year as a freshman. What is the best dorm for me if I prefer a double (as opposed to a tripple) and I want a really social dorming experience. Also, are the new dorms (Gardenia Way and Holly Ridge) better than the old dorms?</p>
