UCLA biochem vs UCSD biochem?

I got accepted to UCSD Marshall college for Biochemistry and Cell Biology major and UCLA biochemistry major. UCLA was my #1 choice but now I'm having second thoughts because I've been told that UCSD has a much better bio program than UCLA. Is there really any difference and which UC would be better for me to attend? Thanks!

Based off usnews ranking UCSD #10 in biochemistry and UCLA #12. In general the biology program in SD is slightly better than LA but overall of sciences LA would beat SD (or at least imo). I actually got accepted to both too as biochem except for SD i got into Muir (first choice) but I decided for LA due to location and also the better hoodies. In comparison between which is better for biology, both are equally as good and you should try to focus on other perspectives such as location, cost, etc. Also out of curiosity, why biochem? You do know job prospective is horri-bad unless your planning on going up to Phd level; I just chose it as a route for med school but I’m curious as for why others chose it.

“and also the better hoodies.”

Choosing a college based on their sweatshirts. That’s interesting.
