UCLA- Blue and Gold Opportunity Plan for Transfer Students

Does this program require the GPA verification form for community college transfer students? The FAO at my school said it wasn't, since I didn't qualify for CalGrants (due to age). It looks, however, like they were incorrect. Does anyone know about this? Also, is this something that my school should do automatically on my behalf regardless of CalGrant status?

Also, if I do in fact need it, since we're past the March 2 deadline, it appears that there is a way to file an appeal/late submission through the CalGrant site. Does anyone know about this as well? I've tried calling the FAO the UCs I've applied at, but they are swamped.

Don’t know if it will be any less swamped, but try calling the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC): (888) CA GRANT (888-224-7268).
