<p>The quarter is starting soon. However when I check my bruinbill account I have not seen any kind of fees being charged. The balance is zero. Why is that? I'm enrolled in classes but why aren't the fees shown up? How am I supposed to pay if there ain't a balance.</p>

<p>Fin aid covers all system-wide fees. So does it include like SHIP and even the books I order online? I got my parking permit and the 200 bucks amount did show up on bruinbill account and I paid the amount by credit card. So parking permit is not a system-wide fee? How can I know what will be covered by fin aid, and what I pay out of pocket? </p>

<p>what if my fin aid is going to pay for housing instead of tuition? does my fin aid get disbursed later? but i can’t pay for tuition since there’s nothing for me to pay

<p>^ does it make a difference though? either way you have to pay for both. it’s the same amount that they’re giving you anyway (:</p>
