@reuzos It will have a Blue ucla banner on top saying congrats. An acceptance letter will be right below. I was a regular admit so I do not know if waitlist decisions look any different but assume they would be the same.

@oligixarxx thanks!! I never wrote any emails or anything, just wrote an essay demonstrating my interest and entered my semester 1 grades in the waitlist box. In the essay, I made it explicitly clear that if I got off the waitlist I would 100% enroll at ucla. Don’t lose hope…two days ago even I thought there’s no hope left. Wishing you the best. Finally rejection as international.
I’m international. EECS. Just opened the portal and the rejection letter was there. Nothing long. No email notif. I am so happy. I can finally get closure from UCLA and move ahead with the uni I chose. No second thoughts or cold feet. Good luck to you all awaiting decision. I know that if we have reached thus far, we will surely go further (not necessarily with ucla).
I was finally rejected today as an international student. Thank god this is over. I am happy where I am going.

Finally got my rejection letter on June 20th.
Vocal Performance major. I’m still waiting to hear back from the waitlist, no decision yet as I speak. WELL, I’m definitely assuming that this is will become a rejection letter.

I am still waiting, but I have no ideas if i should transfer my i20 from my college to UCSD and send my transcript to UCSD first?

I’m an international student and I’m still waiting. Although I made a stupid mistake of making a typo when typing my course name for the grade reports required when opting-in the waitlist (I typed in a course title that I have previously taken before). I sent my transcripts to UCSD although I haven’t transferred my I-20 yet. I’m holding it off until the very last day of my finals.

Hi everyone, a quick update here. I’ve received their decision on July 8th and it definitely was what I predicted which is a rejection letter. I’m thankful that this thread exists to help each other out and to prepare & support ourselves as well to the ones that will be applying for Fall 2018. Congrats to everyone else who has been able to get a spot with UCLA! I’ll be proceeding with attending at Long Beach, #GoBeach!!!
