UCLA,Cal Poly SLO, USCD, UCSB and Carnegie

For undergraduate major in Computer Engineering, how would you rank the following?

UCLA, Cal Poly SLO, UCSD, UCSB, Carnegie Mellon

CM
UCLA
UCSD
Cal Poly SLO
UCSB

Carnegie Mellon
UCSD
UCLA
Cal Poly SLO
UCSB

pick the ones you'd want to go to if you were NOT a computer engineering major. Stats show that between 1/2 and 2/3 of the people starting college in engineering end up switching to something else. Nobody can predict what will happen to you, but it would be prudent to make this a big factor in your decision. Remember that tranferring between UC schools is not easy, and from outside the system they only accept transfers who are juniors.
