UCLA-Caltech-USC what are my chances???

In Sophomore Year i got straight A’s both semesters while taking:
Pre-Calculus
Honors English
AP European History
German 2
Biology
Drafting 2
Drivers Ed/Health

Then in junion year i took: (first/second semester)
AP Eng Lang B/A
AP Calculus B/A
AP US History A/A
Honors Chemistry A/A
Honors Physics A/A
German 3 A/A

The Classes I’m taking next year are:
AP Government/Econ
AP German 4
AP Biology
AP Chemistry
AP English Literature…

and i will concurrently take Calculus B and C at a community college.

My UC-GPA was about a 4.2 after first semester of junior. I got a 4.83 in the second semester so im asusming it maybe went up to 4.3 or 4.4 since i havent seen my transcript. My unweighted GPA is hovering at 3.92 or 3.93.

I took the old SAT got 790 in Math and 630 in Critical reading
Took the New SAT got 760 Math, 620 Critical Reading, 650 Writing
I knew those were not good so i took it again on June 4th…expecting much better scores in the english areas.

I took the SAT II’s and got 760 in Math IIC, 700 in Chemistry, 690 in US. History.

I would appreciate your input on if this is good or not enough for colleges like USC, UCLA, and Caltech.

Caltech: reach
UCLA: match
USC: match

the SAT I 760 math (on the new one) and the sat II 760 math IIC aren't too impressive for caltech standards; many applicants have either equal or better math scores. same for 700 in chemistry. but we'll have to wait for your new scores. i suggesting boosting your SAT II math/science scores if you get the chance to.

in terms of grades and SATs, you're a match for both UCLA and USC, but perhaps more background on extracurriculars or awards or leadership or service etc. might help us confirm that

Well My EC's IMO are not that good looking...
I have been a member of the science club, key club, fbla (got 2nd place in regional competitions), soon to be lifetime csf member, volunteering at local hospital over summer, i have no leadershop positions though, i do have 3 years of tennis (varsity) but the coach quit halfway so i dont know if we got it, i have maybe 100 hours of community service now and im hoping to use the hospital volunteering to compensate for the lack of leadership positions.....will that work? or shud i try to become a leader of a group in my senior year.

i'm planning to retake either my SAT I or II's depending on which ones worse i think i can get into the 2100-2200 range.....scores come out in a week i think.

and i doubt this helps but im a non-citizen east indian.

i think my my last hope if i definetly need one will be my essay and recs. I've moved around from country to country starting from a rural background and coming to america. I think somewhere in there i have a really good essay idea...just have to find it.

Caltech: Reach
UCLA: Match
USC: Match

Caltech: Less than 15% Chance

UCLA: 60% Chance (please DO NOT state or even imply that you're an Asian or White. UCLA is notorious for accepting 3.3/1100 Hispanics and rejecting near perfect Whites or Asians)

USC: More than 70% Chance
You have to apply to more than those three schools. The probability of being accepted to any one of the three is probably around 85%, but you have to be safer and apply to safties like Irvine, Davis, etc.
