what are my chances at
uc riverside
uc irvine
uc davis
UCLA
UC berkeley
USC
UCSD
uc santa barbra
SDSU

Can you guys give me percentage of acceptance. Also in state resident
Thank you

UCLA/UCB/USC: maybe 5-10% chance. You are below their 25% SAT line (which to me equates to under 10% chance because of athletic and other special admits). You are well into their GPA bottom quartile.
UCSD - this is the one where they use a formula SATs/GPA + life circumstances -- single parent home, crummy high school, 1st time college attender, etc. Without the circumstance stuff, you're under 20% chance.

UCSB/Irvine/Davis: 30-40% chance here. You're still well below their SAT midpoint, and also the GPA midpoints.

I consider a strong match one in which your stats are above 75% on SAT and GPA. Frankly, that exists for you only at UCR/UCM/San Diego State. 85%+ for each of these three.

look at UCSD's point system to see what u can possibly do there...
the best thing i think u can do at this point is study hard for those SAT"s and retake

If I retake the sats and the score is alot lower does the colleges see all my scores or the only ones i send. If i got 2000 plus what would be my chances at ucla, how much of an increase
