In the L&S requirement it says "introductory chemistry class"

--->If we did chem in hs, do we have to show UCLA our high school transcript?

how bout this—i have no idea whether you do or dont…
you do realize the school you attend has counselors whose entire job
consists of knowing answers to questions like yours…
instead of bumping your stupid thread which obviously people arent caring about you could have emailed your entire counseling dept. and gotten
real answers…

it just seemed like a pretty stupid question which beardy feels necessary to bump over and over… so beardy here is my public service for the week-

beardy-are you really confused about whether or not you will have to send a HS transcript to prove you took that year in chemistry? Please think hard before you continue.

Beardy- How do you think the college you applied to would be able to prove you actually took the chemistry class?

Beardy- Can you think of any way, if said college asked you to prove it, you could?

Why wait a minute, you’d have a transcript from your HS showing you took the class… but now the problem… the college asking you to prove you took the class doesn’t have that transcript… for all they know you just made up that you took it in HS…

Now Beardy, THINK HARD, HOW COULD YOU RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT THIS POINT?
ILL GIVE YOU A HINT, YOU SEND IT TO THEM BUD.

bad day? nope, and think what a great day it is for beardy who now has his answer.
ta da

Nope, its not calculated into your GPA, credit is only used to satisfy the requirement. so as long as you complete it with a C or better, you’re good.
