I applied to UCLA as chemical engineering.
I will be taking physics 2, physics3, ochem2 during the spring and will be missing c++ language course. The thing is that I heard that UCLA engineering prioritizes people who finished most of their pre-reqs by the fall semester. Is this true? I wanna know specifically for engineering.
Moreover, I’m like about to take three major courses in the spring so I feel very nervous(especially about taking two physics courses in the last semester where grades aren’t reported). Can someone who knows well about the UCLA engineering frankly tell me the true chance for me?
My GPA is 4.0. Currently, have 80 units taken which is a lot… I applied for fall2019. Please tell me the chance of getting in.
I’ve checked “transfer by majors” for chemical engineering and it was 26% acceptance rate for 2017 so I think it’s not too bad compared to other engineering. If possible, I would like to hear from engineering transfers.
