@Rush13493: For some reason the ass hurting comment made me laugh uncontrollably. I blame it on lack of sleep and nervousness.

Holding up? Not too well because if I don’t get in I have no idea what I’m going to tell my family, friends, and teachers that are expecting me to get in.
:(

■■■, i just talked to someone who said the chances of getting into ucla as an OOS is like the same as princeton. -____________-

there is no portal website to check admission status, right? we’ll just bw waiting for emails?

@Ms. Sun link
What the fuc k…

naomikt - are you kidding me right now? I’m OOS and that makes me more nervous!

There is a website. How could others access it if the portal isn’t open?!

haha sorry Eva. I feel the same way. :(

apparently they sent an email to the people accepted…

oooooo. :(

That can’t be…
you think NO ONE here was accepted??
Wait, has anyone else got an email?

@EvaEve - Don’t let the pressure get to you. You’re applying for yourself, not your family and friends. :)

And WHAT THE ****KKK. People got the email already? Or multiple ■■■■■■ at Ms. Sun’s blog?

I go to UCLA

It’s not harder to get in OOS…the chancellor just sent out an email saying they want to move from 8% OOS to 16% over the next few years to generate more revenue.

The people that got in already most likely received engineering “likely” letters inviting them to an open house for engineering majors. Not an official acceptance, but if you got one of those, you got in.

Says there the OOS admission rate last year was 30%

I didn’t apply to UCLA and i’m following this thread for excitement, but if nobody on this thread has been accepted yet, relax for a bit, take a deep breath and wait for the email. The fact that nobody here has gotten a decision means that perhaps UCLA hasn’t emailed out the decisions yet. Besides, I’m pretty sure almost everyone here as a 4.0+ UC GPA and a 2000+ SAT; chances are a good amount of you will eventually get accepted :)

What really? No way

It’s got to be ■■■■■■. How could no one on college confidential be accepted!

naomikt - well fellow OOS, where did you apply from?

More people there are saying they got accpeted/rejected. Since both results are there, it’s a good sign! Means the acceptances are coming out soon.
