I applied for mechanical engineering and I also received the invite for the achievement award scholarship. I’m thinking I probably passed the holistic review, but not the engineering admissions process because of my test scores :P

ACCEPTED!!! I’M SO HAPPY
got rejected from northwestern last night so this is definitely a huge ego booster I’m so excited I absolutely loved UCLA when I went to visit it a few weeks back. If I don’t get into UC Berkeley Yale or Brown (finding out about them all thursday ) then UCLA it is and I would be super happy with that!! for anyone wonder I had a 3.8 unweighted GPA (my school is superrrrr competitive and good tho and no one has a 4.0 not even kids I’m pretty sure are geniuses) and my ACT was 35, I didn’t take SATs or SAT IIs. I think I had pretty good personal statements.

Meh, I got rejected. I’m sure I’ll be happy at USD or Irvine if I decide to go to either of those. If I get accepted to USC I’m gonna have the desire to go just so I can be like “I DIDNT WANNA GO TO UCLA ANYWAYS” …even though I really did
