im an OOS applicant who received the alumni scholarship email but i really do not think ill have the time to apply… will not applying hurt me?

I was told at a Q & A session that decisions are always posted after 6 p.m. on a Friday in March. I assume that’s in the LA time zone (PST).

@elhkie167‌ No applying will not hurt you at all. Two different groups of people view the scholarship application and your actual application. The people who review your application will not know whether or not you applied for the alumni scholarship.

Received invitation to apply for scholarship via email and hoping to have it submitted either tonight or tomorrow night. Hoping that this invite is a good omen for acceptance; I’d love to go to school in LA!

@uclabound1 hmm i see. thank you! Also,i had a question about updating SAT scores on the UC portal. My last test date was december but the UC application had to be submitted before the dec test scores came out . So on the UC application,I input my October scores. But as soon as the december test results came out,I had sent them in officially to the UC campuses but did not self report the dec scores on my UC portal till a few days ago. Do you think this is gonna affect or if its only the official scores that matter? ( Also,it shows that the official scores have been received by the UC campuses)

@kitty1 SAT - 2150, SAT 2 - 740 and 700 . IB - 40/45 . School does not rank.

ACT 35, SAT 2150, GPA 3.8 (uw), no ranking in school. GPA too low and no class ranking were most worried about. [-O<
