Transfer Students UC Transfers

<p>I am an incoming transfer student at UCLA. On the first day, I was wondering if you can go to a class that you're not enrolled or wait-listed in and then add that way. I would assume you could do this for non-impacted classes, I just want someone to confirm that you can.</p>

<p>Any other advice for transfers is welcome!</p>
