does anyone know what the minimum gpa for accepted students? err what do i need to hold if i get in -- ive been slacking since i got into SD and Irv...

I think it's 3.0

I've been slacking before and after the fact. Old habits die hard.

The consensus seems to be that it's 3.0 but it's always best and most safe that you keep your GPA around where it was at when you sent in your application.

3.0? for all semester or for spring only? can anyone tell me?

For spring only.

it's not 3.0 lol, it is for Berkeley though. They don't tell you a specific GPA, they just tell you to maintain your current GPA.

ok here I dug this up for you bro, hope this helps.

it includes someone who posted an email response from a UCLA Rep. I think everyone is fine unless you don't significantly drop in your GPA, no D no F. I'm planning to do nothing and get a 2.5, I'll still be TAP certified, even if they do rescind your app, my friend had a 3.1 prior to winter and even got a D during spring and still was allowed to attend 07 winter.

Relax Guys :).

for UCB and UCLA, is there any penalty for getting C in the spring sememster? I heard my fd said that you can't get C in the last sememster

I don't know if I can focus enough to keep my "maintain" my gpa...

in response to rchang, my friend got a D in a math course during spring, she still got in to UCLA as a pysch major gpa about 3.3ish.

I thought psych was impacted... no?
