UCLA DECISION>>>> INFORMATION!!!!

Hey guys, if you can't wait till friday here's one way to check if you're in or not. While they are still in the process of deliberation some students admitted should already be in their URSA System. Here's one way to check it out.....

<a href="https://www.ursa.ucla.edu/pinstatus/status1.asp%5B/url%5D">https://www.ursa.ucla.edu/pinstatus/status1.asp</a></p>

IF IT ASKS YOU TO CREATE A PIN IT MEANS YOU"RE IN. IF NOT, EITHER YOU WERE DENIED OR YOUR APPLICATION IS STILL BEING REVIEWED!. GOOD LUCK!

what the hell is the student ID? that's what it's asking for..

i dont have a pin or student id....

Please use the search function. That is what it is there for. This has been dicussed a million times. j/k .

log on to the site where you check your status of admission..on the right top corner you should have your UCLA ID.

your student id is the id they gave you when your recieved your uc confirmation.

ARE YOU SURE you are in if it asks you to create a pin? I think it says that for everyone...

yeah, it asked me to create one too.. and I'm leaning towards me being rejected.

OK...if you're already admitted it should prompt you to create a PIN. Just fill out your ID and Date of birth...It will prompt you to create a pin if you re already in.

UCSBSTUD, You don't do that you need to click down to where it says create your pin first on ursas front page. Than you type in all your info. for the application id you use the id they gave when you applied to the uc's.hope this helps.

it asked me to create a pin too....

URSA Online is not available to you at this time.

This PIN Create page is for newly admitted undergraduates only. If you are a new admit to a graduate program or the school of law, medicine, or dentistry, please refer to your respective admissions office for your UID and PIN.

"OK...if you're already admitted it should prompt you to create a PIN. Just fill out your ID and Date of birth...It will prompt you to create a pin if you re already in."

Has anyone not gotten the CREATE A PIN message? I think all applicants might get that message.

wow it prompted me to create a pin...

how sure are you guys that this is a sign of acceptance???

OK...if you're skeptical..do this!!

<a href="https://www.ursa.ucla.edu/pincreate/logonpin1.asp%5B/url%5D">https://www.ursa.ucla.edu/pincreate/logonpin1.asp</a></p>

That doesn't work yet!

Everyone gets the message to create one, but if you try to create it, it won't let you.

Just to warn you guys...

I wouldn't try this just to be safe. I remember something like this happened last year with a couple of colleges (Harvard, MIT, Stanford..) and some rejected their already accepted students because they tried to find out before they were supposed to. Granted this is more innocent, would you really want to risk it?

my friend's did

UCSBstud, are you saying that if you're accepted and you go to that page and fill out your info, you'll be able to successfully create a PIN?

I don't think that is pertinent Jacknjill. I think you are referring to some kind of actual case of the law being broken.
