<p>Im currently in the same position and the anxiety is killing me! I have one question though because I am a Biz Econ major as well gpa 3.89 but no tap. How can we be considered for alt. major when I was never given the option?</p>

<p>@jmillz: How were you never given the option? I thought on the UC app there was a section for alt major at UCLA. UCB didn’t give the choice of alternative majors though</p>

<p>Are we all Biz Econ majors? I think we really are on the waitlist… They’re seeing how many kids get into Berk, I’m assuming.</p>

<p>Also, I didn’t have TAP either, but I did declare econ as my alternate major, which, in retrospect, may not have been a good idea.</p>

<p>i haven’t checked ursa since yesterday though, but my ursa changed to two bars: admission / personal. it lets me accept or decline my offer of admission… do you think this means something?</p>

<p>Yeah, I didn’t want to get too excited though, since the fact that my student id is unknown, and i can’t get into myucla/housing/whatever is still worrisome. :confused: For all I know it might change back to the old ursa tomorrow, and maybe this is a fluke.</p>

<p>@thiscannotbe: does yours look exactly like the picture you posted? Because on the left column, it says Accept or Decline, and that is the SIR button for the admited students. If you have this SIR, most likely you are in.</p>

<p>I feel like I’m a bit late to the game, since mostly everyone’s gotten decisions already, but I just got access to MyUCLA, and it says pre-business economics - admit - college on top. Used the link to check myFAO, and there’s no change in document tracking status (I did apply for FAFSA, but my EFC is really high for some reason…), still can’t apply for housing either, and my decision hasn’t been determined on the actual decisions page either, but so far, everything seems like a good sign. :D</p>

<p>I’m so glad that CC is here, since there’s no place else I can discuss things with, and everyone is probably just as paranoid as I about these things. ;O</p>
