TAP certified
applied for fafsa

and on URSA my fafsa isnt updated, i dont see any acceptance on myUCLA, and my decision hasnt been updated

I just accepted my admission lol i couldn't wait...and it's the real deal guys I got the confirmation and everything. to the ppl who don't see an updated page..don't panic..if you look at the threads from last year, not everyone got their SIR right away. urs may pop up tomorrow or the next day..some ppl don't know for a good 2-3 days..THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU DID NOT GET IN..remember theyre still updating and it's thousands of files that they have to update..goodluck to everyone!

Hahaha so I am assuming you did not apply to Berkeley?

I see mine. When you sign on it gives you the choice of accepting or declining admission.

awesomee. good job! :D

I finally can see the admission in URSA; also, I can see the admission in MyUCLA.
I could NOT even log in MyUCLA though, so do not too much worry ppl who could not get in MyUCLA.

4.0 GPA
Biz-Econ

To CCstudent88: But I cannot actually make the choice...how do you do that? All I see is accept or decline the offer of admission, and once I click it, I cant find anywhere to accept the offer....

it should say

Required Forms

View Your Financial Aid/Scholarship Award Information Complete Statement of Intent to Register and Statement of Legal Residence
These steps must be completed by June 1, 2008 in order to certify that you accept your offer of admission to UCLA.

Step 1: Statement of Intent to Register (SIR)

Step 1 officially tells us whether or not you intend to attend UCLA. If you do not intend to attend UCLA, you only complete Step 1. Start and continue with the paw above.

Step 2: Statement of Legal Residence (SLR)

Step 2 requests data that helps determine your California residence status for tuition and fee purposes at UCLA.

Step 3: Parent Contact Information

Step 3 requests information that will be used by UCLA External Affairs and UCLA Student Affairs to invite parents to participate in UCLA events and programs.

Step 4: Registration Deposit: Not Required

Step 4 - you will not be required to submit an advance registraion deposit.

Submit Step: Submit Information Requested

Submit Step completes this process by submitting all the information requested from you, in each step above, to UCLA. Once you submit, a confirmation page will indicate your decision to accept your offer of admission to UCLA.

E-mail Step: Official E-mail Selection

E-mail Step allows you to designate your Official E-mail address at UCLA. It is essential that this e-mail account is being read on a regular basis.

Status of Acceptance

CCstudent88: Got it. Thanx a lot. We might see each other at UCLA. :)

Starting to feel depressed!!!
No URSA ... No MYUCLA....
sigh!

Starting to feel depressed!!!
No URSA ... No MYUCLA....
sigh!

ME too,,,,,, tigneey

Baik - all I can think of is that they are still updating and that the for-sure ppl are being updated first and the "maybes" are in timeout until they finish all the "for-sure ppl" and the "rejects".....

Still depressing tho, not to know for sure one way or the other!

i did my SIR!! I got a UCLA email and everything!!!!!!!!!!! sweet

wait, it says "These steps must be completed by June 1." Then, how about USC?? Isn't USC gonna release their admission at June 1??

To polishedmess: Wait, so if I accept the offer and finish the steps, I get official letters right now?!

Zerodog - a lot of times people will submit their SIR and the non-refundable money to the UC system cause USC takes forever to make up their minds.

ya....

Yea, so you will just need to eat that 100 bucks and fill out your SIR to UCLA.

Thedude44- it says for me that i don't have to submit 100bucks what is this?
