oh god so ucla - march 9th
ucsc - march 15th
ucsd - when?
ucsb - when ?
uci- when ?

Do you know march 9 for sure for ucla? Or is that just a guess based on 2011 and 2010?

^ It’s a guess, so the latter.

UCI releases decisions on a rolling basis from the beginning of February to the end of March. Like I’ve already heard back from them.

hey guys! I’m a first year at ucla right now so if you have any questions feel free to message me!!
but last year they sent out an email in the late afternoon, about the same time as when their offices close for the day, and you had to sign in and it popped up with this congratulations message, and yes, for the past few years, its been the second friday in march.

I auditioned for the theatre department a few weeks ago, and the associate dean of the theatre department told us that he had been told that UCLA received close to 100,000 applications this year. So he said to expect decisions later in March simply because they are so overwhelmed. He was just speaking off of what he had been told by colleagues in the admissions office so that’s not a completely secure fact but I would just tell everyone to possibly be prepared for decisions to come a little later this year…

@theatrehopeful, I heard UCLA got closer to around 72,000 applications - close to 100,000, but not quite there. It’s still a huge number, and a big increase from last year. Hopefully the results will still be released next Friday.

I am unsure if I can post outside links, but if I’m not just edit my post: [LA Times](More out-of-state, foreign students apply to UC schools)

^92k if you count the transfer applicants

Bump incase results come out this friday! Ahhh I’m freaking out! I hope this estimated release date is correct!

I wouldn’t count on them coming out this Friday; wait until mid-March (according to admissions).

I went onto the backdoor lin ursa and I currently have three columns academic financial and personal. Idk what this means… Hopefully the official decision is out on Friday.

Where can I see this “backdoor lin ursa”

Welp, figured it out. I had the “personal” column too; don’t think it means anything, though I’d love it if it did :P

What columns/“backdoor lin ursa” are you talking about?

Look up ucla ursa and create a new student account

In previous years, URSA only changed to the two-column format (indicating admission) a few hours before decisions were released. Don’t bother for now.

has anyone signed up for a UCLA ursa account? what does it look like?

I tried creating an ursa, but it just told me that their records indicate I don’t have access to their ursa until I create it using their 9 digit ucla admissions acceptance number.

Don’t get your hopes up on March 9th. My sources are saying it’s closer to March 20th.

who are your sources?

my best guess would be march 16th, just because it’s more mid-march. i don’t have a source, but march 9th seems a little bit early.
