<p>Ok I don't wanna freak anybody out, but my really close friend just told me "a bunch of my friends got in today"!!!! I immediately freaked out and checked mine but mine is still pending. Since no one has posted anything here either I'm not sure what to believee. Any thoughts??</p>
<p>Hmmm seems pretty sketchy to me. I don’t think anybody will hear back from UCLA for at least another week :(. </p>

<p>Seems as if a large majority of people get acceptances at the same time. And if there is no thread of anyone getting an acceptance, i’d say its a bunch of BS.</p>

<p>I, myself am still in disbelief, but maybe it could be true? Who knows.</p>

<p>If it’s a friend…not so much. Yeah, freshman did find out a week early, but I don’t see how that would really lead the transfers decisions to come out a week early. I guess maybe UCLA would have more time to review transfer apps (having finished the freshmen apps early), but iono. lol I’m just trying not to get my hopes up for the Friday and be disappointed…Davis taught me the hard way lol.</p>

<p>I talked to a UCLA admission rep yesterday and she told me some apps are still under review and we will definitely receive decisions within the next 2 weeks. </p>
<p>I would guess 4/23. Could be 4/16. But definitely somewhere in between this friday and next friday. Wow feels weird to being saying admission to UCLA could be this friday, its been a long wait.</p>

Alright, I’ll be open-minded and consider it possible haha, but I’m trying so hard not to freak out over the wait. I was in enough pain waiting for UCSD and Davis, and I don’t even want to go to either school lol. </p>

<p>You know who you should believe? The admissions counselors at UCLA whom at least 7 people here have called, asked and relayed the information of. Why you ask? Because they control the decisions and release of those decisions. </p>
<p>This isn’t a jab at you but the amount of “■■■■ roflmao admissions are out!!!11 zomgawds!!! where’s mine!!! life is dark mascara running down a downtrodden em-over… i’m rejected… my soul just imploded… but MAYBE I’M NOT, MAYBE I’M IN, I JUST GOT A RANDOM EMAIL!! OMGOMGOMGOMG WHEN’S IT GONNA BE UP?! I think I just urinated myself in anxiety!!!1” threads are getting on everyone’s nerves. Chiefly mine.</p>
<p>I promise you we’re all nervous, I promise you if we spend this much time on these forums we care deeply and invest a lot of years off of our lives in stress currency into being on top of these things and I promise you we come from a variety of schools, backgrounds and have resources and desperation at our command. So everyone please think of us folks here at CC as the CNN of transfer decisions, if they are released, if there is news, if it’s relevant (and probably even if it’s not judging by some threads)… you will see it here and you will see it live. </p>

You chanced me way back in the fall lol I still appreciate that! I hope you get in where ya want, man! haha even if you have a .01 GPA higher than me. 3.75 > 3.74 hahaha.</p>

But I did get Davis yesterday! lol.</p>

<p>hahaha yeah, i think we will both get in Berk and UCLA. I wish I felt like Im not going to be accepted so if I do get accepted it will be that much more exciting, and if I dont it wont be as disappointing.</p>

<p>I actually think I’m more calm and relaxed when i see threads like this one and read everyone’s opinions. No one is forced to read them. it’s OPTIONAL.</p>

<p>ever since janethedoe posted the pic of the acceptance, ive been anxiously waiting to see the congratulations banner at the top of the UCLA screen when i log in.</p>
