UCLA double major

There is conflicting information at the web sites for UCLA engineering. The following say that IGETC is not accepted:

http://www.seasoasa.ucla.edu/admissions/erkki-admissions-pages/hsseas-transfer-requirements http://www.ee.ucla.edu/academics/admissions/admissions-information-for-junior-transfer-students

But the following says that IGETC is accepted:

http://www.seasoasa.ucla.edu/admissions/undergraduate-admissions

ASSIST seems to be less than completely clear. <a href=“Welcome to ASSIST”>Welcome to ASSIST; , says that:

You should ask UCLA engineering directly whether IGETC is accepted.

Don’t worry about an MBA now. Study CS (or whatever other major you like), get good work experience after graduation, then decide whether you want to get an MBA. Good MBA schools prefer applicants with post-bachelor’s degree work experience.
