<p>I heard it's pretty hard to get a good grade in class.</p>

<p>Is it because:</p>

<p>1.) The courses and tests are extremely difficult and insane in terms of amount that you need to spend at least 10 hours each day studying and doing your homework just to catch up with the material</p>

<p>or</p>

<p>2.) The courses and tests are relatively easy but the students are stunningly intelligent and "dangerously" competitive that it's really hard to survive the curve</p>

<p>I'd say a little of both, haha. But I'm not an Econ student nor a UCLA student so don't quote me.</p>
