<p>So I just received an email inviting me for their Engineering Open House on April. They said that my application was “highly competitive” and that they “look forward to seeing [me] in person” in that Open House. Is this telling me that I got in? I mean I don’t want to get my hopes up but this is killing me right now. I cannot wait 3 more days.</p>
<p>yes. this email has been referred to by many CC posters as the likely email. i don’t know if these emails were sent out in batches. i got mine over a week ago.</p>

<p>so should I get my hopes high but not too high? I mean it’d be cruel if they sent me this and then rejected me but at the same time I don’t want to be disappointed in case it happens…</p>
