UCLA Extension XL 10 Stats Prerequisites?

I go to SMC and I’m taking XL 10 at UCLA Extension (Intro Statistics). My college counselor said I could take the course without taking any college prerequisites for it.
I applied to 4-year colleges (as a transfer student) in Fall 2014, and I just got an email from UCSC. UCSC wants to know how I placed into XL 10, and if I took a prerequisite math course or a placement exam.
On the course page for XL 10, it says the prerequisite is either:
“Prerequisite: 903 Intermediate Algebra for College Students or 3 years of high school mathematics.”

I took Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2 in high school. Can I tell UCSC this, and have my high school transcript sent to them (if they ask for it)?
I’m not sure of what to do, and I need to reply within 5 days to UCSC.
Thank you!

Hi - I’m so sorry I missed this post because the exact same thing happened to me! I would have advised that you write back and tell them your grades in high school math. I did this and got my acceptance a couple days later!
