UCLA Extention Certificate programme.

Hi Guys,
I am from India and I want to apply for the UCLA Extention Certificate programme on 'International Trade and Commerce' But I am really not sure about the importance of that Certificate ouside US. And how is it being taken by the employers in other country. I have just completed my degree and I am looking out for a course that will provide me with practical knowledge in International Trade. Also I am not sure about the living facilities provided by them for International Students. And also the intake dates mentioned on the website are a bit confusing. It will be really nice if anyone could advice me regarding the same and also about the level of education at UCLA Extention . And about the campus life.

I don’t know anything about this, but a quick Google always, always helps.

Historically, these extension certificate programs are not recognised at the same level as a full time program. Things may have changed though. Not sure also if getting f-1 visa for these programs are easy. It might carry more weight if you are already working somewhere and the company decides to send you for this.
