So when I accepted my waitlist opt in for UCLA, I already had put it in that I dropped my film class with an excused withdrawal. It is a non major class that will not affect my 60 unit requirement nor my IGETC as well. Do I still have to report it as a change to my application as I was accepted today? Thanks and good luck everyone!
The lady from admissions said that they will accept waitlisted transfers as late as mid-August ?. It still gives me hope about getting accepted but damn… that’s so long…

i don’t know when they will give us the acceptances but it’s better for us to wait than receiving a rejection ?

Hi folks! Just wanted to update - I got off the waitlist today! I am pre-sociology, in state from a CCC, GPA is 3.7 ish and I had completed IGETC and all the prep requirements for Sociology.

Does ucla release their decision by major or by in stat ,oos, int?Or both?or it doesn’t have any pattern at all?
I guess, they are releasing decisions by in-state then out-of-state. I actually don’t know the pattern though. My main concern is because I wanted to join summer class but if I apply to UCSD and got in to UCLA, everything will be messed up. It seems they release most decisions on saturday.
I read somewhere, maybe here earlier in the thread, someone called admissions and was told that they release in waves by major
