<p>23.82% sounds impressive for a huge school like UCLA, but how many of those applicants were actually qualified (as in they didn't just mark UCLA on their application because it's so darn easy to do so)? That doesn't stop the GPA average from being impressive, though.</p>
<p>Yes, that's UC GPA. Surprised that the out-of-state % was higher than in-state- possibly because it's so discouraging that only top OOS applicants apply?</p>
<p>I'm outta state and if thats the average I'm amazed that I got in...the only thing I'm above is the SAT score...2050, only cuz of an 800 math tho</p>

<p>Are you kidding me? Out of state students had a higher acceptance rate than in-state? 23.38 percent is low, but what I'm curious is the number of African Americans and Latino students that got in.</p>
