@bearsbearsbearz http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/counselors/transfer/minimum-requirements/index.html "To be eligible for UC admission, students must fulfill both of the following:

  1. Complete 60 semester (90 quarter) units of transferable college credit with a GPA of at least 2.4 (2.8 for nonresidents). No more than 14 semester (21 quarter) units may be taken Pass/Not Pass. Exception: If your college/university only awards Pass credit, you are not subject to this limitation for your attendance at that institution.
  2. Complete the following course pattern requirements:

Two transferable college courses (3 semester or 4-5 quarter units each) in English composition
One transferable college course (3 semester or 4-5 quarter units) in mathematical concepts and quantitative reasoning;
Four transferable college courses (3 semester or 4-5 quarter units each) chosen from at least two of the following subject areas:
the arts and humanities
the social and behavioral sciences
the physical and biological sciences"

@8CLAP4SUP I don’t know what they’re doing but I doubt at this late date they’re checking TAU if that’s what you meant. If you need to get them anything, do it through the portal. I’m not sure what UCTAP is, unless you mean application page.

Im hoping that since the school considers sophomore transfers, they wouldn’t expect me to have have completed the 60 units cause otherwise that would put me at a junior standing. otherwise I’ve completed all the course pattern requirements other than my physical science… hopefully its alright we’ll see lol

@bearsbearsbearz Yeah I’m not a counselor so idk but good luck :slight_smile: I do know that junior upper-division level transfers have a better chance, but that doesn’t mean you don’t!! Hopefully UCLA releases decisions soooon ahh

@8CLAP4SUP not sure if you guys are talking about the academic update. However, if you call the UCLA (310) 825-3101, their voicemail says “they aren’t currently accepting academic and non-academic updates as they are in the process of reviewing the applications”.
