Clarification question. Some people talk about missing prereqs. If someone says that they are missing a prereq, does that mean that it won’t be completed by the time they reach their four-year institution wherever that may be, or does it mean that it isn’t completed in time to be reviewed by the admissions committee? So, for example, would not finishing a prereq by the end of Fall 2018, if your application is for Fall 2019, be considered a missing prereq, even if you are taking it spring 2019?
I didnt hear back from uci yet, is that bad
@themasharng Missing a pre req means that it is not shown to be completed by spring before the fall you are intending to transfer in your application. So if you are still doing a pre req in spring it is not missing.
someone who got a rejection should try this college decision extension app for the sake of our sanity lol
No, youre missing a prereq if you wont finish it by spring,
@Makemeabear @Princetonian9 Thanks
yall wanna change your pfp to onion man?
onion man=accepted
if they see that the prereq is in your list of classes for spring 2019 (lets say youre applying for fall 2019) then that prereq isnt considered missing. (but if you drop it or fail youre in trouuuuuubble)
as long as its completed the spring before transfer its not considered missing

Onion man has a whole portfolio!
anyone here applied for umich too
Also, I feel like there is such a negative connotation revolving around transfer students. When you tell someone you’re going to community college, they kind of just nod at you like you’re stupid lol. I am here like, no, I have ambition and i am going to do big things someday. You just wait and see!
@fullogiggles how did you find that omg
Everyone who gets accepted should change their profile picture to an onion lol
@stressexpress 100%!! And can we talk about how we’ve actually had time to figure out what direction what we want to head in? And also how much moola we’ve saved? It US (all ccc students) who are superior
@stressexpress and everyone who gets rejected should change theirs to a corndog
LMAO :lol:
the freshman admits never got to experience the virtue of worshipping a man holding an onion
@Princetonian9 I still haven’t heard back either!!
@fullogiggles I honestly would have been so lost if I went to a four-year straight out of college. I have learned so much about myself while attending a cc, and saved so much time and money by doing so. I seriously believe it is the smarter route for getting a degree, because most people don’t know themselves very well at 18.
i have a friend who graduated high school with a 5.0 weighted gpa and had a ton of impressive ecs and volunteer work and she decided to go to community college to save money. which is SMART. Now shes at a good cal state studying bio and is planning where to go for grad school in bioinformatics
anyone who thinks negatively about cc transfers can suck my fat degree
