@bicuitforreggie where else has your son applied other than Santa Cruz? Is he considering going there with the Regents offer? My daughter really liked it when we toured last week but is definitely interested to see if she gets admitted to UCLA.

Guys so I updated my TAU in march 24th. Do UC campuses automatically receive the updates?
I’m confused because UC Berkeley accepted me but on their portal it says TAU posted date 1/24/19, which is the date I first submitted my application. I’m just worried that they didn’t see my update, which I dropped two classes stating due to certain circumstances, and went off of my old application without examining my update.

Out of curiousity did every person with a 4.0 GPA get invited to apply for the Regent Scholarship. My counselor told me it was mixture of grades and other things but for some reason I feel like it was just grades.
@anthro101 I think a 4.0 was the minimum they were looking for.
@anthro101 my daughter has the 4.0 and work hours but no ECs like clubs, leadership etc. So in her case seems pretty grade based.
Not everyone with 4.0 gets selected for a Regents and ones below 4.0 can get it.
So are decisions supposed to be out for SURE tomorrow?!
Also if we don’t get the email for the regents scholarship do you think that means anything?
@inola10 No it just means you didn’t get regents which is totally ok considering they only hand out 100 scholarships which include freshman applicants. So if you didn’t get the email, dw.
