@neurosa I was shooting for UCI. I’m not thrilled about what I heard about housing at Cal. Unless they offer me an extensive financial aid package it wouldn’t make sense for me to go there. I’m praying for UCLA, as I feel a bit like giving up Cap for UCI would be strange. I’m waitlisted at UCSB with a scholarship that covers my entire tuition. I feel like ultimately it’s gonna come down to financial aid and proximity, in that order. Though I’d probably take UCLA if it was offered either way. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst

@hodol2006 Im in the same boat as you. Got into Cal, waitlisted for UCI. But idk I have a somewhat good gut feeling about UCLA. It’s really the only school I want to go to. Everyone keeps telling me if I got Cal then no doubt UCLA will accept. But who knows.

Why is everyone getting waitlisted by UCI, i thought yall had them 3.8+ gpas, or is that why they waitlisted? cause they think you wont attend?
