3500/26000 acceptances for transfers for 13% rate. Seems kind of low compared to last year’s 22%. Is it possible they did that because of COVID-19, so they’d accept more people later? I’m really hoping to be able to get off the waitlist.

I’m kinda confused abt the sending transcript part. So UCLA says “All courses taken through the fall 2019 term” transcript must be received by June 1 & “All courses taken through the spring 2020 term” transcript must be received by July 1. Does this mean I have to send one transcript now and then wait until my spring classes finish and send another one by July 1?

I’m missing one UC unit because of COVID, though, and it just feels like the right choice for me to stick around at my cc this year. Honestly, this semester has given me emotional whiplash; I’ve lost people I cared about because of this virus, and I think I need to hit pause and focus on work for a while. I’ll reapply to Berkeley and LA for 2021 (maybe Davis, too).

Note: I thought I had a shot for UCSC and UCI, UCB was a pleasant surprise, but UCLA was definitely the one I was the most unsure of but I got in! All of these schools I never thought I had a shot in high school, went to CC and just gave it my all! Good luck, it may be random at times but you can set up your chances for sure!

I saw that too! It is confusing. My guess is as good as yours!
It sounds just like you said though. We send one now (showing grades up to end of Fall 2019), then send another one with grades from Spring 2020.
