Thanks for the link, but I’ve checked using the transfer link and 3.80 is the 25th percentile for both Math and Math of Computation. I left high school and started CC as a 15-year-old so I hope that helps a little, but otherwise, I guess I have no real fancy hooks or ECs that other people don’t have. Good luck you though and thanks for being helpful
First post here. I’m from the Bay Area and am majoring in accounting and economics!
So far I’ve been admitted to:
UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UCSB (Decisions come out today but I submitted my TAG application for SB), Cal Poly SLO, CSULB, SJSU, and SDSU.
I’m still waiting on UCSD/UCLA and I genuinely hope for the best for everyone else on here that has been anxiously waiting for a response. I hope decisions do end up coming out today so that all of the nerves can just finally go away. For those that do assume today is the day, where did you get the information from? I’m extremely curious!
Almost 5AM and I can’t sleep because of this. We have waited years for this decision ahhhh! a sincere best of luck to all of you guys , it’s been such a journey!

Previous/Current School Type: Rutgers University
Essays: Talked about being a division one mascot, losing my father last spring to illness which had an impact on GPA, however since then getting 3.8 and above in continuing semesters, growing up as a minority, learning to chase my dreams further than South Jersey.
IGETC: Will be completed by Spring 2020.
Extras: Mixed, ethnic minority.
Today is a nerve racking day. But within all reading this, I too am 20 and currently a sophomore hoping to end his junior and senior year at UCLA.
With that being said, whatever is to come in these next few moments, life is meant to play out the way it does. Denied or accepted, perseverance to be great is within all of you
I forgot to report change in a course after updating TAU. I was planned on taking french but prior to semester add/drop deadline, I am taking biostatistics course. I did not withdraw or anything. So should I wait for telling after decision or should I notify them now? Is it too late?
@xhadeaux Hey there, I am also taking one of my last major prep classes this semester. As long as you finish in spring 2020 you’ll be golden! I think you’ll be fine, based on your GPA alone I think you have a fantastic chance. Good luck to you!
Also, care to review my stats and tell me what you think?
@smallettuce Hey I’m so glad to see another nursing major on here!! Your stats look great and I really hope you get in! I’m nervous because UCLA’s nursing program is extremely competitive and my resume is kind of lame haha. Wishing the best for you and all the other nursing majors!!
