has anyone tried to SIR to UCLA?? i cant get my account to work, it made one for me and didn’t tell me the password
i just did! you have to create an account first with your ucla id number and make a password
when i try doing that, it tells me i already have an account and gives me a username but i have no idea what the password could be since i never made it! did that not happen for you?
try using the password you have for the ucla application one!
for the ucla application portal? all we used was our hometown, bday, and ID though
I suggest confirming that you’re entering the correct student id from the upper right corner of the acceptance notice in the portal… perhaps that’s the issue?

nope it’s correct, and it just says “you already have an account” even tho i never registered so i thought maybe they were gonna email us a password but i guess not? when i hit reset password it leads me to a security question that i obviously cant answer
No oh my goodness! No waitlist offer? I’ve been rooting for you since the UCSB rejection, Overwatch. Did you complete all of the strongly recommended coursework? COM SCI M51A, 31, 32, 33, MATH 61? I’m really hoping USC comes through for you. Computer science is a lottery.

Perhaps they’re recycling old student ids. I would reach out to UCLA to resolve. I imagine you won’t be able to on your own.
