Yeah, probably, with your completed UCLA summer computer courses (4.0 UCLA GPA) might also be one of the factors in boosting up your application as well!
Wish you all the best in your studying computer sciences at UCLA !
Hi I have questions regarding unit amounts.
Can anybody tell me how many units are the most ideal amount?
Also, is it risky to have more than 80units from CC when transfer?
rn i have 68 units and once i finish this semester i’ll have 83! so i don’t think it will be risky for you at all!
you dont have to worry about having excess units if you have only taken courses at a cc. only if you have taken courses at a four year, then you start looking at whether or not you are over the limit
UC’s cap the number of transferable units taken at any CC at 70 semester units so no worries if they are all CC units and lower division.
It just means you cant take the excess with you right?
yes, they will only count 70 semester units when transferring over
Hi, does anyone know what I should do if I want to drop a class. I don’t need a class I am taking, and I need to EW the class. Does anyone know how I should contact UCLA to see if this might jeopardize my acceptance?
You should always check with any school before dropping a class since they admitted you based on what you listed on your UC application and the TAU.
Yes. I was asking how I should contact them.

I’m a person who is planning to apply again this year because I failed 2021. I’m a single mom, do I need volunteer work or another internship? for ecs
thanks!
you should always try to have volunteer work or internships that pertain to your career path and/or major. it just shows colleges that you’re a well rounded student, especially schools that do holistic reviews like cal and ucla
forgot to post for any lurkers in the future, but i got accepted
